Where we are

  • Live and used daily on a real production product — about 120 sessions a day, hundreds of issues already triaged automatically.
  • Operating costs are tiny — around $50/month at current scale, with margins that hold above 95% as we grow.
  • Pre-revenue. Priced at $49/month flat for teams — incumbents in this space charge $400+, so the gap is real.
  • Solo founder, full-time. Honest about the stage — this is early.

Why now

The category is proven — FullStory, LogRocket, Hotjar, and Marker.io have shown teams will pay real money to understand their users. The opening: none of them bundle the full picture into one product at a price small SaaS teams can actually afford. That’s the wedge.

What we’d do with capital

  • Hire one engineer to broaden the product so it works for more teams — wider reach, more market.
  • Distribution: targeted newsletter sponsorships, a strong comparison-content strategy, and founder-led writing — no paid ads.
  • 12–18 months of runway at conservative burn so we can find product-market fit without rushing.
