1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using blocFeed ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
blocFeed is an in-app bug reporting and visual feedback tool for web applications. It provides an NPM package that developers install in their apps, a dashboard for managing feedback, and integrations with third-party tools (Slack, Linear, Jira).
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Free Service
blocFeed is provided entirely free of charge. All features — including unlimited projects, unlimited feedback entries, AI categorization, integrations, and analytics — are available to all users with no credit card required.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' access.
- Use the Service to collect personal data from end users without appropriate consent and privacy disclosures.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
6. Data Ownership
- You retain ownership of all data submitted through the Service (feedback entries, screenshots, project data).
- We do not claim ownership of your content.
- You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service (including AI enrichment).
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, blocFeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
